The Brennen skin graft mesher works by perforating the graft rather than cutting it. This not only makes meshing safer and easier, it also gives a more a uniform pattern to the meshed skin and helps maintain graft integrity.
Because the instrument does not require plastic carriers, you can mesh any length of graft without being restricted by the carrier length. You also save the time and cost of ordering disposable carriers.
